The shop located rue Trousseau where collections were first stored became too small and moved a short distance to 14 and 16 rue Moreau. However the original location  on rue Trousseau was kept, for the location in the district of Paris dedicated to furniture and interiors was outstanding. René Legrand and Mado Jolain-Legrand opened a retail shop named “Quatre Saisons” there, and could finally show their creations and collections in a complete and comprehensive way. Direct contact with customers stimulated René to design his ideas for a modular range of furniture made out of natural wood, and to stop I/D wholesale trade.
